Welcome to Vada Spa! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By visiting our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Vada Spa provides beauty, wellness, and spa services, including (but not limited to) facials, body treatments, massages, laser treatments, and grooming. Service descriptions and pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $25 per guest or forfeiture of a deposit.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service time to avoid disrupting other clients.
3. Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and memberships may have their own terms and restrictions.
4. Memberships & Packages
- Memberships:
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
- Monthly or yearly memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Unused services within a membership period do not roll over to the next period unless otherwise specified.
- Packages:
- Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- All package services must be used within 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations:
- Early cancellation of a membership may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Promotional or discounted memberships/packages are final sale.
5. Health & Safety
- For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
- Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific health concerns.
- Vada Spa reserves the right to refuse service if it may compromise the client’s or staff’s health and safety.
6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the spa. Please keep valuables secure.
7. Website Use
- Content on vadaspa.com is provided for informational and booking purposes only.
- You may not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting functionality.
- All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Vada Spa and may not be used without permission.
8. Refunds & Returns
- Service fees are non-refundable once rendered.
- Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
9. Liability
- Vada Spa and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or after services, except in cases of proven negligence.
- By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with spa and wellness treatments.
10. Promotions & Offers
Special offers, discounts, or memberships are subject to availability and may change without notice. They cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
