We may require a deposit for parties of 4 or greater and or special treatments. FULL REFUND IS GIVEN IF CANCELLED 24 to 48 hours prior to appointment, refund may not be given if cancellation is same day.

Products can be accepted for refund or exchange ONLY when unopened and in original packaging. No refund or exchange given after 14 days of purchase or if product has been opened or tampered with.

No refund is given for partially used package purchases since they are purchased at a discount ONLY store credit will be given for any unused visits or sessions.
